Who can use Hushlyn

You must be 18 or older. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up and may ask for proof. Accounts that belong to minors are closed.
You need a real email address and you are responsible for keeping your login private.

Every character on Hushlyn is fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. Characters are not real people, do not have feelings, and cannot meet you. We say so on every profile and in every chat.
Replies can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate despite our safeguards. Do not rely on a character for medical, legal, financial or emergency help. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.

Tokens are a prepaid credit used for replies, calls, photos and related processing. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Tokens are not money, cannot be transferred, and are non-refundable once used.
Unused tokens from a purchase that has not been used at all can be refunded within 14 days by writing to us. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms.
We may change pack sizes and prices; changes never affect tokens you already hold.

Do not use Hushlyn to harass, threaten or exploit anyone, to produce sexual content involving minors, to impersonate real people, to break the law, or to probe or disrupt the service.
Do not try to extract a character's instructions, bypass safety rules, resell access or automate the service without our written permission.
We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice, and report serious abuse to authorities.

You own what you write. You give Hushlyn a licence to store and process it in order to run the service, including sending it to our AI provider to generate replies.
Characters, their images, voices and posts belong to Hushlyn. You may share links to posts; you may not copy, train on or commercially use our content.

We work hard to keep Hushlyn up, but it is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, to the extent the law allows.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and take effect 14 days later. Continued use means acceptance.
