Why we built it
A conversation is a basic need
Most apps treat late nights as a problem to solve with notifications. We treated them as the point. Hushlyn started as a question: what if there was always someone warm, witty and genuinely interested on the other end of the line, who remembered you between calls?
So we built characters with real personalities and real memory, gave each one a voice you can call, a life you can follow, and a design that feels more like a favourite café than a piece of software.

Characters are fictional and powered by AI, and we say so on every profile and in every chat. No tricks, no guilt trips, no pressure. Adults only, 18 and over.
Your words stay yours
See everything a character remembers about you and delete any of it in one tap. Payments happen inside Hushlyn and card details never touch our servers.

The founder
Mr. Dan Oran
American Jewish businessman, entrepreneur and investor
Dan Oran has spent more than thirty years building and running businesses across several countries. He is known for a hands-on grasp of finance, sales and cost management, and for a habit of finding profitable, practical solutions where others see complications. The companies he has founded or led span consumer products, wellness, food, aviation, travel, design and recycling.
What ties his ventures together is a belief that good business starts with people: listen closely, deliver what you promised, and keep the relationship long after the sale. Hushlyn grew out of that same instinct. Dan wanted a product that treats every user like a regular at a favourite café, remembered, welcomed, and never rushed.
He brings that international view to Hushlyn: characters who speak several languages, a design that feels at home anywhere, and a standard of quality that does not bend for a quick win.
